
Chef/Owner Christy Harper attended the Art Institute of Phoenix and graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts in 2000.
Having worked in all facets of the Food and Beverage Industry for 19 years, Christy is knowledgeable in all aspects of food preparation and service, and is certified in Food Safety and Sanitation.
Christy strives to makes meals that are fresh, easy to serve, low in sodium, and low in fat. The meals may also be customized to fit any dietary concern such as allergies, or low carb, just to name a couple. Christy is very interested in health and fitness, practcing Pilates multiple times a week,and swimming often, and as such, always makes healthy, delicious meals with fresh ingredients that are sure to satisfy anyone's cravings!
Most deliveries are conducted by Christy. She considers her clients an extension of her family, and looks forward to the weekly visits.
The meals delivered to TLC customers are most often fresh out of the oven and ready to be devoured. Items are also easy to freeze and reheat at a later time.
