How to Make It
Roast chicken breasts in an oven with the Asian Ginger Seasoning OR use store bought rotisserie chicken and coat with the seasoning.
Cut or shred chicken into medium sized chunks.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
Serve cold and enjoy!
