What You Need

flank steak

low sodium soy sauce

olive oil oil

tbsp
fresh ginger
grated or minced

How to Make It
Cut flank steak across grain on a diagonal into 1/4 inch slices.
Mix together the soy, olive oil, garlic and ginger.
Place steak slices in a gallon resealable plastic bag and add the soy mixture.
Refrigerate and allow to marinate at least 4 hours.
Skewer the meat. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for a a bit to avoid burning.
Grill to desired internal temp.
TIP: Serve with Asian Dipping Sauce.
