What You Need

  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp TLC American Apple Pie Seasoning can also use plain cinnamon or Inflammation Buster

How to Make It

  • Add banana, berries and walnuts to a bowl, sprinkle with Seasoning.
  • Top with almond butter.
