What You Need
- 1 tsp TLC Asian Ginger Seasoning
- 2 roasted chicken breasts cut into large chunks
- 2 T. chopped cilantro
- 2 T. shredded carrots
- 3 T. TLC Japanese Ginger Dressing see link below
How to Make It
- Roast chicken breasts in an oven with the Asian Ginger Seasoning OR use store bought rotisserie chicken and coat with the seasoning.
- Cut or shred chicken into medium sized chunks.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve cold and enjoy!

What You Need
- 1 c. olive oil
- ¼ c. soy sauce
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 T. minced ginger root
- 1 t. dijon mustard
- 2 t. honey
- black pepper to taste
How to Make It
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, mustard, honey and pepper.
- Add oil in steady stream, whisking constantly.
- Pour into glass jar and chill until ready to serve.
- Shake well before serving.
