What You Need

  • 4 oz avocado
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 10 oz almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 tsp TLC Inflammation Buster Seasoning may substitute plain cinnamon

How to Make It

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to a smooth consisitency. Add more ice or almond milk to suit your preference.
